Gavin Coull, Responsible for bank-wide fraud prevention and customer authentication strategies, innovation and payments risk. He has had an extensive career in the UK banking industry, spanning over 35 years, and has spent around 20 years of that focusing on customer security and fraud prevention. As a customer and advocate of the Featurespace ARIC Risk Hub solution, he moved to be part of the Subject Matter Expert team at Featurespace with a focus on payments and scams. Gavin Coull, based in Perth, GB, is currently a Fraud Subject Matter Expert at Featurespace.He brings experience from previous roles at NatWest Group, RBS, Royal Bank of Scotland and Virgin Money.
