He has had an extensive career in the UK banking industry, spanning over 35 years, and has spent around 20 years of that focusing on customer security and fraud prevention. As a customer and advocate of the Featurespace ARIC Risk Hub solution, he moved to be part of the Subject Matter Expert team at Featurespace with a focus on payments and scams.
