Jonathan Hall, NatWest | Fintech Finance
Jonathan Hall leads the digital distribution for the Commercial & Institutions franchise within NatWest Group. The franchise represents more than 50% of Group revenue and profits and consists of four customer segments: Business Banking & International Retail, Commercial & Mid-Market, Large Corporates & Structured Finance, and Financial Institutions. The four segments cover the full range of businesses from start-ups and micro business through to the largest multi-nationals and financial institutions. Jonathan is accountable for meeting all the segments’ needs through digital distribution channels that include: Business Banking Mobile and Online Bank serving the needs of SMEs, Bankline and Bankline Mobile serving the CMM, CBSF, and FI segments, and Bankline Direct, NatWest Group’s host to host channels. Jonathan is also accountable for channels such as Public Web, Cora (chatbot), web-chat, AutoPay, AutoPay Plus and TrustAssured. Jonathan Hall started his career in consulting before moving into financial services with Lloyds Banking Group in 2002, before separating with TSB which was an enforced divestment post the 2008 financial crisis. Jonathan has been at NWG for 5 years. Jonathan Hall holds a 1990 - 1993 Business Studies in Marketing @ Nottingham University. With a robust skill set that includes Change Management, Marketing Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Planning, Business Development and more.
