I started my career with Newgen as a software engineer in July 1993. In my journey, spanning nearly three decades, I have donned many hats. The first decade primarily belonged to developing intellectual properties that formed the foundation of new product development and innovation. Enabling customer success continues to be my topmost priority, with a clear focus on successful implementations and adherence to SLAs, risk, and compliance. I am responsible for driving customers' digital transformation initiatives by implementing Newgen products and solutions across industry segments and improving implementation processes, systems, and policies. My other key focus areas include staying connected with industry CIOs and CxOs, and managing the customer relationship, delivery, and development centers.
I will take the liberty of describing myself as an eager beaver—someone who takes pride in working tirelessly towards achieving organizational goals while enabling talent management and leadership development. While work takes up most of my time, I love to unwind with impromptu road trips, brisk walks, and my favorite flicks.
