About Mike Greene

Mike is an entrepreneur in the risk, insurance and technology space. He serves as CEO and co-founder of Hi Marley, the insurance industry’s first intelligent, conversation-driven service platform. He has worked with over 100 insurance companies developing software solutions and executing change programs to help them accelerate growth, improve service and drive significant combined ratio savings through improved operational efficiency and process quality. Mike previously co-founded and led Futurity Group (acquired by Aon), a solutions and services company focused on monitoring and improving performance in P&C insurance / claims. Post-acquisition, he co-led Aon’s Claims Practice. Prior to that he was an Associate Partner with IBM where he co-led the Insurance Claims Practice and he began his career as a management consultant with Accenture's Insurance Group.
