An experienced business manager with over 20 years in the re/insurance industry, with an unusually diverse background - in both P&C and L&H. Roles have focused on Solution Development (recently in the Health and Wellness/Digital Health Data - including new methods of underwriting), Product Development, Risk Management/Governance and Claims. This has also included IT system development. Roles have been global (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, Latin America and North America) and market specific - one of which included living in Singapore. I consider myself a "change agent" who specializes in developing a clear strategy which meets the needs of our clients and shareholders, inspiring to motivate and then successfully leading through change.
