About Bianca Zwart

Bianca Zwart is the Chief Strategy Officer at bunq, that's a European online bank that puts users first and joined the neobank in 2016, and she began helping users which gave her a strong sense of always thinking about the user when making choices. After becoming Head of PR, she helped communicate bunq’s strong voice and how it looks to the public. In 2022, she started the role of Chief of Staff for the CEO, Ali Niknam, making operations more efficient and getting teams to work collaboratively. Later that year, Bianca became Chief Strategy Officer. Now she leads bunq’s future plans, how the brand looks, and how users are helped. Bianca has helped bunq grow fast in Europe and create products for digital nomads and use their phones as a primary tool.
