Ray Oral Appointed COO of Tokio Marine Highland
Tokio Marine Highland, a leading property and casualty insurance underwriting company, today announced the appointment of veteran insurance leader Ray Oral to Chief Operations Officer, effective immediately.
Oral has more than 40 years of experience in insurance, banking and technology, holding senior leadership roles at CNA Insurance, ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank, and Hiscox USA. As Chief Information Officer at CNA for nearly a decade, he developed a reputation for driving business transformation, digital innovation, and operational excellence. At Hiscox, he guided the company’s U.S. technology team as Chief Technology Officer.
