Pro Global Announces the Launch of Pro Legal to Streamline Complex Claims Litigation

Pro Global (“Pro”), a leading trusted advisor for the specialist insurance sector, is pleased to announce the launch of its own Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) registered law firm, Pro Legal Solutions Ltd (“Pro Legal”), to streamline complex claims litigation.

Developed to service litigated disease and illness claims and abuse claims arising in the jurisdiction of England and Wales. This Pro Legal venture will provide a dedicated, focused legal service aimed at improving outcomes for clients by offering a streamlined and cost-effective alternative to traditional outsourced legal services. The addition of Pro Legal gives Pro enhanced flexibility, enabling us to work seamlessly alongside our valued panel of legal advisors to improve efficiency, outcomes, and strategic alignment.

Led by Jonathan Richards, an experienced solicitor and Managing Director of Pro Legal, the team at Pro Legal’s primary mission is to handle all stages of complex exposure-based employer/public liability, disease, illness, and abuse claims.

By creating an independent law firm, Pro Global is poised to enhance its value proposition, allowing for faster decision-making, and enhanced data-driven strategies, all while maintaining client confidentiality and providing independent legal advice. Importantly, Pro remains fully committed to its valued panel of legal advisors and views Pro Legal as a complementary capability that can work alongside our existing partners to improve efficiency, outcomes and strategic alignment.

Pro Legal will focus on streamlining legacy claims, removing the complexities and inefficiencies often associated with multiple layers of people and processes. This unique structure is designed to drive efficiencies and deliver improved indemnity outcomes for clients.

Steve Lewis, CEO of Pro Global, said: “The launch of Pro Legal marks a significant step forward in delivering the highest value outcomes for our clients. By taking control of the full legal process, we can ensure greater alignment between pre- and post-litigation strategies, deliver efficiencies, and offer clients more control over their legal spend. We’re focused on streamlining processes, improving indemnity outcomes, and leveraging data to continuously enhance our legal services.”

Jonathan Richards, Managing Director of Pro Legal, said: “Pro Legal represents a more focused, agile, and efficient approach to managing litigation associated with complex insurance claims. One of Pro Legal’s major advantages is the ability to seamlessly integrate data-driven insights into the litigation process, empowering enhanced strategies that reduce litigation rates, improve claim lifecycles, and provide continuous feedback from the litigation experience to pre-litigation teams. Working with our experienced team of legal experts and providing direct oversight of all claims and a robust monitoring framework, empowers clients to make informed decisions, optimising their claims management and ensuring the highest standards of service at every stage.”
