After 18 years as a management consultant across Europe and Asia including 5 years at KPMG China, Yannick joined Swiss Re, a major reinsurance company, as the first ever Insurtech Solution Director bringing innovative tech & data insurance products to market. He then served 4 years as a Global Analytics Business Partner & Head of APAC spearheading the core transformation of the company into a data-driven & AI enabled enterprise. Yannick was responsible for coordinating the data and advanced analytics strategy, overseeing AI governance, and leading a dynamic APAC team that tripled sized and delivered innovative AI and data-driven insurance services supporting USD40 million in contribution margin per year. Yannick's dedication extends beyond operational success to encompass a deep commitment to ethical practices in data and AI. He is a thought leader, recognized for his swexpertise in Responsible AI solutions, followed by more than 12000+ innovators worldwide. Currently based in Zurich, Yannick is channeling his expertise into dual endeavors: developing top-tier Generative AI upskilling programs for corporates, such as The Digital Insurer Genai explorer program globally supported by Microsoft and Switzerland BWI Genai program,  and empowering Tech startups to achieve scale by leveraging his extensive network & experience.
