Will Szczerbiak is the co-founder of B2R, a new investment fund focused on emerging growth software and technology-enabled service companies in North America and selectively in Europe.
He worked at Greycroft from 2014 to 2024, where he focused on identifying, evaluating, and executing series A and growth stage investments in Internet and mobile-enabled companies. He oversaw several investments, including four that reached a $1B+ valuation, as well as a public offering and multiple profitable M&A exits.
He began his investing career at Volition Capital from 2010 to 2013, focusing on identifying, evaluating, and executing growth equity investments in privately held software, software-as-a-service, and technology-enabled services companies. He sourced and worked closely with two portfolio companies that had successful realizations.
Prior to joining Volition Capital in 2010, he spent three years as an investment banking analyst in the Technology Services group of Raymond James & Associates (formerly Lane, Berry & Co.), advising middle-market companies on M&A transactions and private capital raises.
Will Szczerbiak earned an MBA from Columbia Business School in 2015 and a Bachelor of Science degree with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University in 2007.
