About Vica Manos

Vica Manos is a Managing Director at Anthemis. Passionate about catalyzing change in financial services and beyond, Vica co-heads our investment partnerships and runs the Group’s financial wellness vehicle (Anthemis Exponential Ventures, in partnership with MMI Holdings). In addition to her focus on early stage fintech and insurtech, she also leads the Group’s healthcare-focused investment activity. Vica currently serves on the boards of Chronomics, Sentio Solutions (Feel), Hover and Patch’d. She previously served on the board of Monese. Prior to joining Anthemis, Vica was an investment banker at Credit Suisse, where she focused on leveraged finance. In the Portfolio Management Group, she ran a $1.5 billion debt portfolio with a focus on the media and infrastructure sectors. Born in Saint Petersburg, raised in Athens, educated in Milan and now living in London, Vica has a diverse, international background. Vica Manos has worked in a variety of roles in the financial services industry since 2010. Vica began their career as a VC at Anthemis Group SA, and since then has held Non Executive Director roles at Novoic, Numan, Apollo Agriculture, NOW Money, Hover Developer Services, Inc., Chronomics, Ltd., Sentio Solutions, Inc., and Currencycloud. Additionally, they have held a Board Observer role at yulife. Vica Manos graduated from Università Bocconi in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics and Management. A banker turned investor, she is a thought leader in the industry focused on the intersection of Financial Services and adjacent sectors. Vica has extensive experience in working alongside industry incumbents and challengers alike.
