About Roland Brandli

With over 25 years of experience in the financial software industry, Roland Brandli is a strategic product manager EVP at SmartStream Technologies, a global leader in providing solutions for reconciliations, cash and liquidity management, and data quality. He is responsible for driving the innovation and development of SmartStream Air, a cloud-native and AI-powered data reconciliation platform, and TLM Aurora, a next-generation trade lifecycle management solution. He leverages his expertise in banking operations, retail management, and customer relationship management to deliver products that meet the evolving needs and challenges of the financial services sector. He also collaborates with regional sales and consulting teams globally to support the growth and expansion of SmartStream's customer base and market share. He is passionate about creating value for his clients, partners, and stakeholders, and empowering them with cutting-edge technology and best practices. He is also committed to fostering a culture of innovation, diversity, and excellence within his organization and industry. Roland Brandli began his career at SmartStream as Professional Services Consultant in Europe, moving on to become the Head of Consulting, Emerging Markets. During this time, Roland was an integral part of a variety of successful project implementations across Europe and the Middle East. In his current role as Sales Director for the Europe, Middle East & Africa, he introduced SmartStream’s brand and solutions across the entire region. As a result of the success he had in this region, Roland has recently took over the Strategic Product Management for SmartStream’s TLM Aurora Solution Suite. Roland has vast experience of the Financial Services industry and before working for SmartStream he held a number of leading positions in the back office and operations departments of banks in France and Switzerland.
