About Richard Pfadenhauer

Founder and Managing Member of Paylogix, Llc., Richard began his career in the insurance industry as an agent for CIGNA in 1989. Richard possesses an extensive background in employee benefits and is an advocate of voluntary programs. He has received much acclaim for his pioneering work at Paylogix and the web-based virtual solutions developed for tackling communications, enrollment and administration of worksite benefits. Richard has an advanced degree and engineering background. The complexity of the insurance industry mired in regulation provides an apt environment for his technology exploits and proclivity for efficiency. He has been a frequent guest speaker on practical applications of process automation in both manufacturing and finance including the use of AI, NLP and ASPs. Richard is a past board member of the Mass Marketing Insurance Institute and current member of the Workplace Benefits Association. Richard is dedicated to both his local and virtual communities, chairs various projects and continues to mentor and serve on boards both locally and nationally
