Ori Bauer
Ori Bauer is an innovative, start-up DNA executive with over 20 years of experience in both startups and large global corporates, combining business acumen with a strong product and technology background. Throughout his career, he has led product and engineering at three startups that were acquired: Storwize (acquired by IBM), Algotec (acquired by Eastman Kodak), and most recently Dynamic Yield (acquired by McDonald’s and then Mastercard). He currently serves as Dynamic Yield’s CEO, responsible for driving the company’s next chapter of growth. Previously, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Dynamic Yield, leading product and engineering as well as managing the relationship with McDonald's, both before and after the acquisition. Before Dynamic Yield, he was VP of Engineering at Storwize, where he continued with IBM after the acquisition, eventually leading the global IBM XIV product line and the Storage Development Center in Israel—a team of 400 employees generating $400M in annual revenue. Earlier in his career, he led R&D at Algotec before its acquisition by Kodak. Prior to joining Dynamic Yield, he was the founder and CEO of Glean Health, an innovative digital health data startup. He began his career as an officer in Mamram. Ori Bauer is focused on people, customers, and innovation, with strong execution as the key to success.
