As Senior Vice President, Head of global eBusiness & U.S. direct sales at MetLife, he made headlines with his partnership with Walmart to sell insurance in a box. Under his leadership, Metlife’s direct sales skyrocketed with triple digit year over year growth account for 20% of all US sales. In 2014, Manish founded Hawthorne Advisors, LLC, a boutique advisory firm helping carriers and distributors develop and execute on their business strategies. With a focus on innovation, customer centricity and digital ecommerce and as global fortune 500 insurance carriers as clients, Hawthorne Advisors has helped over 500,000 consumers research and buy life insurance. Manish recently co-founded Plum Life, the soon to be disruptive force hitting the industry and serves as the company’s CEO. Plum Life is an all-digital life insurance solution for advisors and their clients.
