Patra is focused on using technology and services to improve processes within the Insurance Industry. Currently we offer insurance brokers, MGAs, Wholesalers and Carriers the ability to outsource portions of their customer facing and back office services. Our technology and processes are enabling these companies to use their existing employees for higher value functions, saving up to 50% off their existing costs, as well as increasing the overall quality of the work performed. Patra currently serves over 40% of the top 100 insurance brokers in the US and hundreds of other insurance companies. Previously I was the Co-founder & CEO of CyberBills, which was named by Online Banking Report (Feb 2004) as one of the top 25 web banking technology innovations of all-time. I have built and managed cross functional teams including full management teams, remote workforce teams, product marketing, engineering, domestic and international operations, customer service, marketing, sales, professional services, finance, human resources, and legal in multiple offices throughout the US, India, and Philippines. I enjoy being creative and thinking outside the box to develop solutions that maximize efficiency and drive excellent customer service.
