Joe Heneghan is the CEO of Revolut Bank. With more than 25 years in financial services, Joe joined Revolut in 2019 after holding senior positions at Ulster Bank, and roles at First Active and Permanent TSB. He serves on the Euro Retail Payments Board at the European Central Bank and has been a board member of Financial Services Ireland since December 2020, becoming Chair in March 2023. Joe represents FSI members on the Department of Finance's committee and he's also part of the Central Bank of Ireland's industry stakeholder forum.
