My entire career in the financial services and asset management industry, spanning over 30 years, has revolved around sales, marketing and client servicing - setting and evolving strategies to meet the needs of clients. Joining the industry at an early age has also given me the opportunity to see how client needs have changed and evolved over the years, with stronger and growing interest in sustainable investing. Having witnessed so much change in the industry, one thing I am really focussed on is evolving the client engagement model, to be more client-centric and digital, bringing together sales, marketing and client service in a more integrated model. I am grateful for all the experiences that I have had in the course of my career. At Franklin Templeton, I was very fortunate to be part of a great team that helped build the business internationally and in Europe. During the 15 years that I was there, we saw some tremendous growth. The same can be said when the opportunity came about to join AllianceBernstein (AB) in 2016, which was again a great learning experience and the chance to put in a place a strategy to expand the retail business in the EMEA region. Joining iM Global Partner in 2021 provided me with the opportunity to be part of a smaller, more entrepreneurial team and to build the next generation, integrated client engagement model. I am excited about the journey ahead.
