About James MacPhee

I lead Liberty Mutual Insurance’s Global Retail Markets business, which is a $28 billion business driven by 30,000 GRM employees in 16 countries around the world. I joined Liberty in 1991, and have held several positions touching almost every part of our business including sales, service, claims, marketing, product management, actuarial, operations management, strategic planning, systems & operations integration, and public affairs. I’m a proud ally and currently serve as Co-Executive Sponsor of the WE@Liberty Employee Resource Group for Women and Allies. I’m also honored to sit on the Board of Directors of the Pine Street Inn, New England's leading provider of housing, shelter, street outreach and job training services to homeless men and women. When I’m not learning from my incredible colleagues and mentors, you can find me spending time with my wife and son, running or traveling.
