About Evgenia Plotnikova

Evgenia Plotnikova holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics and Master’s degree in Finance and Strategy from SciencesPo Paris. She also studied at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Evgenia Plotnikova is General Partner at Dawn Capital leading on Dawn’s SaaS deals, with a particular focus on data, automation and cloud infrastructure, from early stage all the way to pre-IPO. Evgenia has led Dawn’s investments into businesses such as Dataiku, Firebolt, Soldo, FlowX.AI and the exit of Granulate. She was the youngest woman in Europe to be internally promoted to GP and is also a Forbes 30 Under 30 winner and judge, a TechStars mentor and one of Business Insider’s 100 Coolest People in Tech. Prior to Dawn, Evgenia spent multiple years in venture and private equity, including at Atomico, a pan-European VC, and TPG, a San Francisco based PE giant. Evgenia is a Sciences Po Paris and Wharton graduate. Before joining us, Evgenia was a VC at Atomico, spearheading its entry into France, and an investor at TPG Capital, having started her career at JP Morgan.
