She leads Salesforce's Go To Market team for Banking, Wealth, and Institutional Banking and Regulatory & Compliance organizations and their industry product - Financial Services Cloud. Eran Agrios works with Wealth management, Insurance, and Banking firms and their executives, heads of distribution, strategy, operations, and technology. She helps them address the challenges and trends of the industry, focusing on client-facing initiatives, mid and back office consolidation, and productivity using technology as an enabler. In her time with Salesforce, Eran Agrios has led teams of +30 people in cross-functional teams to launch products, grow their business into new markets, and develop new solutions/partnerships to meet changing needs of their customers. In August 2015, Salesforce announced their first industry-specific product, Financial Services Cloud, to accelerate firms' ability to support their strategies with technology. Financial Services Cloud is a high touch relationship management platform focused on accelerating productivity, deepening client relationships, and growing portfolios. Eran Agrios is passionate about mentoring young people - sharing her experience and lessons she's learned to help them find the right career paths. Eran Agrios provides advice on how to effectively grow their careers and balance work and personal experiences. She actively participates in mentorship programs and women in business events. Eran Agrios is a seasoned executive currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Financial Services at Salesforce since March 2008, overseeing the product and solution strategy for the Financial Services industry portfolio. Previously held positions include Vice President of Cross Industries Strategy, where focus was on market approaches across diverse industries, and Senior Director of Global Go to Market for Financial Services Cloud, leading the launch of Salesforce's first industry-specific product. Prior to Salesforce, Eran Agrios worked at Intrawest ULC in various roles including Implementation Manager and Operations Development Manager, where contributions included implementing e-commerce solutions and developing sales strategies that significantly increased sales performance. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Capilano University and additional studies at The University of British Columbia.
