About Dwayne Hermes

Over the past 35 years, Dwayne has founded and led two law firms in the insurance defense field that have provided over $200M in litigation services and represented most of the major insurance carriers in the U.S. and Lloyd's market in London. Most recently he was recognized as an Innovator of the Year by Texas Lawyer. He has been President of an international organization with over 3000 attorneys. Through this he has built and nurtured strong relationships that he is leveraging for the business development of ClaimDeck. About 5 years ago he founded Hermes Law to change the way in which law firms operate and the way legal services are delivered. The process, reports and analytics that are the content of the platform started their development when Dwayne first made Partner in 1990, in order to give him the tools to oversee the work that was being done by numerous attorneys on his book of business and to work towards consistency in quality and approach to the handling and reporting on the litigation they handled. These then evolved to client-facing documents and processes; the beginning of what now is the content for ClaimDeck.
