About Charles Smith

Charles Smith is Founder and CEO of CS Insurance Strategies, a minority-owned commercial insurance brokerage headquartered in downtown Chicago with offices in both Philadelphia and Los Angeles. He is also the Founder of Method Health, a corporate wellness company. Charles has 25 years of insurance as well as health care experience. In 2007, Charles headed the Chicago office of West Insurance Agency, one the largest minority-owned commercial insurance brokerages in the United States. In 2009, he became the Chief Executive Officer by acquiring the Chicago office and launching CS Insurance Strategies, a Commercial Insurance Brokerage and Risk Management firm with two divisions: Commercial Property & Casualty and Group Employee Benefits with over 300 commercial clients in municipal, private and non-profit sectors of business.
