Ben Ellis leads Visa B2B Connect globally, a multilateral network that leverages Visa’s expertise to deliver predictable, secure, and cost-effective cross-border payments for financial institutions and their corporate clients. Before taking on this role, he led global strategy for Visa Business Solutions, drove growth initiatives within Visa’s Global Solutions team, and headed Visa's enterprise risk management team. Prior to joining Visa, he was a partner in McKinsey & Company's San Francisco office, with over 10 years of experience advising financial institutions across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America on strategy, risk management, operational improvements, and organizational design.
