About Alex Lintner

I am a member of Experian's Group Operating Committee and as Group President responsible for Experian's Consumer Information Services business in North America, the largest credit bureau in the country. I also oversee all initiatives we share among all 23 Experian's credit bureaus in the countries around the world where we operate. Experian's global reach is unrivaled, representing 1.2B consumers to lenders of all types. In fact, we issue over 6.5M credit reports every single day, seven days a week, or 2.4B per year. When we do that, we have two goals in mind: To reflect consumers' credit reputation accurately and fairly, and to provide lenders with a complete picture of the risk that a applicant represents. Prior to joining Experian, I was President & CEO of Vertafore, an insure-tech company owned by Private Equity giant TPG, and President of Intuit’s Global Business division, having joined Intuit 2005 as Senior Vice President Strategy, Corporate Development and Government Affairs. Before this, I was Vice President at The Boston Consulting Group, for whom I worked in their offices in Munich, London and San Francisco. I attended The University of Tulsa where I earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management Information Systems, earned an MBA from Boston College and have an Executive Certificate from Harvard Business School. From one of our recent annual reports: Experian is a global leader in providing information, analytical tools and marketing services to organizations and consumers to help them manage the risk and reward of financial decisions, generating over $4.8B in revenue and $1.3B in EBIT. In the past twelve months, our share price increased over 25%.
