About Adam Edwards

In my previous role as Business Architect within the Claims Transformation Program at TAL, I was focussed on ensuring the Claims program was aligned across business and technology streams and aligned with future target operating model's and overall claims strategy. Prior to moving into the Claims Program, I led the TAL Group Claims team from early 2011, prior to that heading up Operations across all claims functions in the business. I have more than 17 years’ experience in the insurance industry, working for direct insurers, underwriting agencies and broking companies, with 10+ of those years focussed on the Group/Wholesale industry. My experience spans claims, BDM/Sales roles, general insurance broking, team management and projects. I have a passion for delivering best possible solutions to customers, in the most efficient manner, and always looking for opportunities for improvements in this space.
