Majesco Named a Leader in New P&C Claims Analyst Report

Majesco, a global leader of cloud insurance software solutions for insurance business transformation, today announced that Majesco Claims for P&C has been named a Leader in the “The Forrester Wave™: P&C Claims Management Systems, Q2 2022” report released by Forrester Research.

The report which is “a guide for buyers considering their purchasing options in a technology marketplace and is based on Forrester’s analysis and opinion,” rated the solution based on 27 areas across three main categories: Current Offering, Strategy, and Market Presence. Majesco Claims for P&C had the highest scores possible in the Strategy criteria of: Vision, Execution Roadmap, and User Research. Majesco’s profile in the report, authored by principal analyst Ellen Carney, began with the headline, “Majesco outperforms with execution, decisioning, and native RPA capabilities.”

The profile also states, “Over the past 18 months, it has strengthened an already solid foundation. It offers a stronger vision and better demonstrated ability to execute its vision than most competitors because of improvements in claims orchestration and loss control expertise. It also stands out for user-driven research that informs its product direction.”

Also from the report, “Majesco outperformed when it came to the strength of its own decisioning and integrations to standalone engines, such as Charlee. Majesco’s native robotic process automation (RPA) capabilities stood out, as well as its integration with external RPA offerings.”
