Peak3 Accelerates Expansion Plans in UK/EU for SaaS Solutions Following US$35 Million Fundraise

Peak3, a global leader in insurance technology, continues to make significant strides in the UK and European markets following its US$35 million Series A funding, supporting insurers in accelerating digital transformation through its proven, API-driven, cloud-native solutions.

Driven by strong demand for digital-first, modular, and embedded insurance solutions, Peak3 has established its European headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, while focusing its initial efforts on the UK, DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), France, Spain, Italy, Benelux, Scandinavia, and Turkey.

Peak3’s cloud core insurance platform, Graphene is proven by over one billion insurance policies issued by more than fifty clients across over twenty countries, including those in Europe. The company employs over 500 professionals across R&D, delivery, sales, and operations, with teams located in Japan, Southeast Asia, Greater China, and Europe, where it is now investing heavily in local talent acquisition and development.

By modernising legacy systems without costly overhauls, Peak3 helps insurers enhance speed-to-market, scalability, and customer engagement across multiple markets. Peak3 delivers additional value by addressing the protection gap, particularly for SMEs, freelancers, gig economy workers, and younger generations, who are often underserved by traditional insurers.

Peak3’s Graphene platform provides a cloud-based, API-driven core system that seamlessly supports digital transformation, enabling insurers to launch tailored, digital-first products quickly and efficiently, fostering greater financial inclusivity across demographics.

“Insurers across the UK and Europe face increasing pressure to modernise, reduce operational costs, meet ever-increasing compliance requirements, and improve customer engagement,” said Adrien Lebègue, CEO of EMEA at Peak3. “Our Graphene platform provides a flexible, scalable foundation for them to deliver digital-first insurance, harmonising operations across multiple countries and regions while ensuring seamless hybrid human-digital interactions.”

Esben Seyffart Sørensen, Chief Sales Officer, Europe, at Peak3 added: “There is a huge opportunity to bring Peak3’s expertise to Europe, where we are seeing a shift in the insurance landscape. While we are building on our significant success in APAC, we recognise that localisation is key. We are not simply replicating an APAC model but leveraging our insights and adapting them to meet local market needs.”

Peak3 addresses insurers’ challenges by providing:

  • Omni-channel engagement: enabling insurers to reach customers across mobile, web, and embedded ecosystems with a seamless hybrid human-digital approach
  • Digital and embedded insurance: facilitating seamless insurance integration into fintech, ecommerce, and mobility platforms
  • Core modernisation: enabling insurers to transform operations using a modular, cloud-first approach
  • Data-driven decision-making: leveraging AI-analytics to enhance customer retention and engagement

Peak3 is gaining significant traction, with project wins already underway in Europe, and is poised to capitalise on its momentum. Looking ahead, Peak3 envisions a more seamless and integrated European insurance ecosystem, where insurers can rapidly launch and scale innovative insurance products effortlessly.
