Fastest Growing Insurtech Previsico Ranks 4th in the Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50

Previsico is proud to announce that it has been recognised as one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the UK at this year’s prestigious Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 awards. The company ranked first in the Insurtech space, and 4th overall nationally and 1st in the Midlands, marking a significant rise from its 14th place position in 2024.

This achievement reflects the exceptional growth of Previsico’s cutting-edge flood forecasting technology and its mission to help organisations and communities become more resilient to the increasing risks of flooding, which remains the most common and costly natural hazard worldwide.

Previsico’s CEO, Jonathan Jackson, credits this success to the company’s dedicated team and commitment to innovation:This is a tremendous milestone for Previsico. Moving from 14th to 4th nationally in just one year – while retaining our position as the top company in the Midlands – demonstrates the exceptional talent and passion of our team.

“We are incredibly proud of the positive impact our flood forecasting technology is having, helping people and organisations around the world prepare for and mitigate flood-related losses. We are just getting started.

The recognition also reflects the support of Previsico’s growing network of customers (such as Zurich, Generali, and Liberty Speciality Markets), partners, and industry collaborators, who are working alongside the company to improve flood resilience at both local and global levels.

Previsico’s world-leading flood forecasting solution brings together the latest weather data, IoT ground sensors, and advanced hydrodynamic modelling to provide live, actionable surface water flood warnings. This enables insurers, utilities, public authorities, and businesses to take preventative action ahead of flooding events and reduce avoidable damage.
