Damion Howlett Appointed as Vice President of Customer Success, APAC at Munich Re Automation Solutions
Munich Re Automation Solutions (MRAS), a global leader in digital underwriting, AI and analytics technology for life insurers, today announced the appointment of Damion Howlett as Vice President of Customer Success for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
In this senior leadership role, Damion will oversee customer success operations across the Asia-Pacific region, supporting insurers as they expand their digital capabilities and adopt ALLFINANZ, the advanced SaaS solution from MRAS. He will be responsible for strengthening long term customer partnerships, driving regional growth and satisfaction outcomes, and ensuring insurers maximize the value of ALLFINANZ.
Damion brings deep industry experience, having led major engagements in complex core IT and digital transformation both within the APAC region and globally. Fluent in both Japanese and English, he has a strong track record of developing high performing teams, managing cross regional stakeholders, and guiding insurers through modernisation and cloud adoption journeys.
