Cytora and Fenris Partner to Embed Predictive Intelligence into Commercial Risk Workflows

Cytora, the leading digital risk processing platform, has announced a partnership with Fenris, a provider of real-time data enrichment and predictive AI solutions for the insurance industry.

The collaboration embeds Fenris’s predictive intelligence and real-time data within the Cytora platform, enabling commercial insurers to access Fenris’s proprietary data and predictive models directly within their risk processing workflows. Fenris’ models leverage hundreds of variables to predict bind propensity, risk exposure, and conversion potential, providing insurers with a data-driven foundation for triage, pricing, and appetite alignment. By turning these insights into actionable intelligence, insurers can move from reactive evaluation to proactive underwriting, accelerating growth while maintaining profitability.

Integrated within Cytora’s digital risk processing platform, these predictive insights are combined with Cytora’s workflow automation and risk evaluation capabilities to enhance every stage of the underwriting process. Incoming submissions are automatically enriched with Fenris data, including business classifications, firmographics, financial health, and predictive risk assessments, empowering underwriters to triage submissions effectively, align risks to appetite, and enhance decision quality.

Together, Cytora and Fenris deliver real-time risk intelligence that improves underwriting efficiency, control, and customer experience.

The partnership marks another milestone in Cytora’s mission to build one of the most comprehensive data ecosystems for commercial insurance. Cytora continues to enhance its platform with agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), delivering greater explainability, automation, and performance across risk assessment and underwriting workflows.

“Speed and accuracy are critical to profitable growth in commercial insurance” said Juan de Castro, COO at Cytora. “Our partnership with Fenris seamlessly embeds predictive intelligence and real-time data into the risk workflow. This integration accelerates application processing through effective pre-fill and empowers underwriters to triage risks faster and make better-informed decisions, grounded in rich external data.”

Jennifer Linton, CEO and Founder of Fenris, said, “This partnership with Cytora reflects a broader shift toward embedding comprehensive data and intelligence across insurance workflows. Together, we’re bringing the powerful combination of enrichment data and AI-assisted workflows to market, helping insurers improve underwriting efficiency and deliver better outcomes.”
