CoverGo Appoints Ex-DXC Experts to Enhance its No-code Insurance Platform
Global SaaS company, CoverGo, appoints four ex-DXC insurance enterprise software industry experts who will be in charge of insurance architecture and products. The experts, Brian Maguire, Neil Small, CK Wong, and Stephen Hale, join forces to bring decades of insurance enterprise software expertise to CoverGo and together with the team further build CoverGo’s no-code core insurance system for P&C, health, and life.
Brian Maguire who joins as CoverGo’s Chief Insurance Architect is an insurance technology expert with over 30 years in insurance system architecture and core platform transformation for insurers across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. As Chief Architect at DXC Asia, Brian led the Insurance Architecture team responsible for a reimagined core platform to an integration-driven application network. Brian also drove delivery assurance initiatives across the DXC offerings and acted as an advisor on modernization and transformation programs to senior executives from global insurers.
Neil Small is a global insurance product and delivery leader who will be in charge of further building CoverGo’s Life vertical. Throughout his more than 30 years in insurance, Neil has led Business and IT transformation programs to deliver business value to established and start-up insurers in a number of different countries. At DXC, he was the Offering Manager for a global suite of insurance solutions and the Manufacturing Platform Manager on a major business transformation program for a global insurer. Neil began his career at Sun Life of Canada and was an Insurance SME at NTT DATA prior to joining CoverGo.
C.K. Wong is a senior solutions architect with 25 years in insurance enterprise application architecture who held senior roles at DXC, Tokio Marine Asia, and Direct Asia. Specifically, he managed DXC’s insurance platform and delivered platforms for Direct Asia Singapore, Thailand, and HK. As a delivery-focused architect, C.K. brings a fresh train of thought and experience to CoverGo with a delivery-biased approach to architecting the future of insurance platforms.
Stephen Hale is a senior solutions architect with over 20 years in insurance platform design and delivery for DXC. A passionate technologist and architect, Stephen has been involved in many of DXC’s insurance technology initiatives on their most successful global platform. Over the last 4 years, he was responsible for designing and driving the delivery of a new approach to product definition and bringing a wealth of experience and ideas to the CoverGo environment.
Together with the rest of CoverGo’s growing team, Brian, Neil, C.K. and Stephen will be heavily involved in all areas of the insurance platform, from product development to sales, to delivery, ensuring CoverGo delivers the best-in-class insurance platform and capabilities to their clients across the globe.
